We are "LoLBrogames", Endgame Linkshell Community on Unicorn Server and we welcome your interest in our Linkshell. The LoLBrogame Linkshell was founded by several members of the now disbanded Salvage Linkshell 'Hotsecs." One drunken Fosgate, several ambitious friends, and an 8,000gil Linkclam purchase later we were founded. If it isn't obvious to you by now our name is derived from the Brogame and Brosale tells that I am sure by now you have seen in your chatlog. We placed the "LOL" at the beginning of "Brogame" to form a portmanteau aimed at poking fun of Square Enixs' inability to control the out-of-control /tells that everyone receives.

We created this Linkshell with the intent to have a more laid back atmosphere than the bigger HNMLS's but at the same time afford some of Unicorn servers finest a chance and a change to work hard in an array of difficult and challenging locations within the realm of Final Fantasy XI without that "End-gamey" environment. We rely heavily on the experience. All of our linkshell leaders have extensive background and experience leading more than one endgame event and are fully capable of leading this linkshell through successful runs. Many of our regular members are extremely knowledgeable about their jobs and areas we venture through which is equally important. Together, "LoLBrogame" is a team. We are about getting the job started, getting in and being fast and efficiently, and when its all over and the dust settles; coming home with a win and with as much spoils from battle as possible.

LoLBrogame LS has actively participated in the following fields of endgame:
Abyssea NMs, Dynamis, Einherjar, Sea, Limbus, VNMs, ZNMs

"Okay, I really like what you guys do here. What are you expecting from me?"
Since we are a linkshell built on low-manning events, we rely heavily on skilled players and attendance without mandatory attendance rosters. The reason we are successful comes from the fact that everyone participates to their potential when they do make it. We have been able to make great accomplishments with very few people because of this approach.

Nobody is expected to be at every event and every run but a reasonable amount of attendance is expected. We allow our members to take a night off on occasion to do other things in the game that they may wish to do such as level a job or complete missions. However, members who constantly take advantage of this freedom will be let go from the shell.

We are looking for highly skilled, highly motivated, and knowledgeable players to join our ranks. We are looking for players who have:
~ Completed Chains of Promathia 8-4
~ Completed atleast Zilart Mission 13
~ Completed atleast Treasures of Aht Urghan Mission 17
~ Complete access to both Northland Dynamis's (Beaucedine and Xarcabard) and has experience playing in these zones.
~ Completed atleast one of the three nations story arcs to Rank 10.
~ Has multiple jobs at 85+, their proper subjobs are leveled, AND you are competent in playing these jobs. Multiple jobs and variety is favorable. We like people who are flexible; who can switch from Mage to Melee and have no problems. Versatility is a virtue.
~ Is willing to make LOLBrogames their main and only shell.
~ Has solid endgame experience. It could be any of the many events FFXI offers. In this field we are looking for experience; meaning nobody is going to hold your hand and walk you to camp and remind you to eat your food. We are looking for applicants who can get to places on their own with no assistance, in a hurry, with all their supplies, and their "A" game ready to fight at a moments notice.

We want honest, intelligent, and hardworking candidates to apply. Drama starters and problemcausers need not apply.

Keep in mind that we run a democracy here in this LS. On just about every thing we do our community has the option of voicing their opinion and we take those opinions into consideration. Our current members also have a voice AND a vote on who is and who is not accepted into our community. Your reputation will be considered along with your skill, your jobs, and access to areas in your application.

Your application will go up on the boards for our current members to read and respond to. The process may take up to a full week to be completed so do us a favor; once you apply feel free to contact us with questions and concerns you feel need to be addressed regarding our linkshell activities and how they will concern you.
